It was a Saturday night but me and my girl only have one item in our to do list -- to buy a pair of shoes that would match the outfit I waited for so long to wear. By the time we reached the mall, it was already closing so we were lost. We didnt bother to plan anything else to do so the next best thing is to have dinner and then bore ourselves waiting `till the day will end... but wait! another problem arose -- where to eat?!?
Cruising along Torres Street, the Japanese restaurant, Rai Rai Ken (Im not very sure with the spelling) caught my girl's attention. We usually eat in Chinese restaurant but never before in a Japanese. Not knowing what to expect, we were up for anything! Moments later, our food came -- California Maki and Beef Teriyaki, man they are delicious!!!
It was an impromptu date just because we have nowhere to go. However, nothing else was impromptu about it. We had very nice conversations and some laughs... Something I really missed -- having a date with my girl, long conversations of just about anything and not worrying about any unfinished chores. All in all, it was an excellent, unplanned date and a great night in general.
I guess its just about time for us to have our break. Since even November started, we were constantly being tested as a couple and as individuals in almost daily basis.
